Fighting stress is not only about practicing yoga or fitting 30 minutes of meditation in your already jam packed schedule. 2. Salmon: Known for having rich levels of healthy fats, Omega 3 fatty acids, Salmons promote blood circulation and combats with stress hormones thus helping you deal with stress. So pack salmon for lunch thrice a week.

3. Walnuts: Yet another source of omega 3 essential fatty acids is walnuts. Walnuts make a healthy snack and can be easily carried anywhere. Munch them for a healthy skin and hair as well.

4. Citrus fruits: Citrus fruits such as oranges are loaded with vitamin C. Vitamin C strengthens the immune system as it is an antioxidant. In addition, it works efficiently to reduce stress levels.

Apart from eating healthy foods, it is also important to eat food at the right time, eating smaller meals at frequent intervals and having a healthy breakfast. Connecting with others will help you learn from their experiences and share your day to day challenges with people who offer you a good support system. Change your attitude for good

It is very important to have a positive approach towards life. This way you will not only make your life simpler but send across positive vibes to people around you.
